Prior to recommending a list price, we obtain opinions of value followed by internal quality control and desktop valuation to arrive at a highly accurate opinion of value for your property.
ADJ&A will assign you a direct contact for a variety of support related issues including assistance with any of our assigned realtor issues, scheduling of showings or open houses, maintenance issues, and arranging for all utility transfers to help save you time.
ADJ&A conducts pre-screenings of agents to meet our strict performance guidelines, including passing a formal background check. Additionally we include a 48-hour cancellation clause in the event the agent does not meet expectations.

During the escrow period, and through the closing, we will closely monitor the various vendors and service providers to ensure a smooth closing.
